Description of Project:

The client is a small real estate development company that develops small, low-rise commercial projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The client hasselected a site in the eastern part of Toronto, along Kingston Road.

 

Project Context:

Work on the design and construction drawings for a low-rise commercialbuilding or buildings is an example of the typical work of an architectural technologist employed in an architectural office. This project will introduce you to the design and construction documentation for a steel frame building with a range of possibilities for exterior wall construction.
